Preparing a manuscript
[ Papyrus 8 for Macintosh format ]

To create a "Literature Cited" list formatted according to standards set for publications issued by the EAAM you can follow three ways.

  1. Cite references by Drag & Drop, Copy & Paste or Cite from the Reference menu into your manuscript as placeholders. After finishing the manuscript in your text processor choose "Process manuscript" from the Group menu to replace the placeholders with correct in text citations and to create a "Literature Cited" list of references.
  2. Create a group of references which shall be cited with help of the "Aquatic Mammals" output format. Choose Print/Export from the File menu. Change the settings according your wishes and the references of your group will be given out in a formatted text file or print out as you want them.
  3. Select the references you want to cite from the All References or a Group window. Choose Cite from the References menu, select the "Aquatic Mammals" output format and paste the clipboard into your text-document.

Note:
this output format is designed to accommodate only the following types of references : Article in Journal, Book/Monograph, Chapter in Book, Dissertation (both Master's theses, and Ph.D. dissertations), Presentation at Meeting. Other types of references and their corresponding customized reference types may be added subsequent to this issue. For examples of how to select the correct reference type for a particular reference and how to place reference data into the correct fields, examine the free Papyrus handbooks in PDF Format, or the downloadable HTML help files).

--> Proceed with the Download
